Annual Science Reports – due November 7, 2025

The single-year annual science reports for FY2024 awards are needed by November 7, 2025.  This report is due for the entire award, even if the Institute was granted an extension for individual projects.  The report should include FY2024 competitive (104g) and coordination awards in addition to base (104b) awards, as well as any other active awards from 104(g) or coordination grants.  You can indicate the grant type on the Project Overview tab in the Project Type column in the report template.

The annual report template is available at https://water.usgs.gov/wrri/files/WRRA-Annual-Report-Template.xlsx.  There have been some minor changes to the report template since last year, so please download a new copy rather than using a template from a previous year.  Note that the above link will always point to the most current version of the report template, and the file download will include the current revision date in the file name and on the Info tab.

When you submit your report, please name it in the format FY24_reporting_XX.xlsx, where “XX” is the two-letter abbreviation for your institute.
