More Information: 2026 Animas and San Juan Watersheds Conference

NM WRRI reminds everyone that the 2026 Animas and San Juan Watersheds Conference will take place May 27-28, 2026, in a hybrid format at the San Juan College School of Energy, Merrion Room, in Farmington, New Mexico, and online via Zoom.

This year’s conference theme, Reflections, Recovery, and Resiliency, will explore the watersheds’ diverse jurisdictions and culture, as well as the communities and water users who rely on the rivers. The conference will continue to focus on sharing the latest scientific watershed research and looking for ways in which communities across the watersheds can address their pressing water needs.
